Offering an "equipped" stage where songwriters can conduct dress rehearsals before they go on tour is a new vocation for the province as well as a decision to promote the areas professional and commercial resources. The town of Tione's project is to make après-ski a new "area" of artistic and cultural programming capable of bringing together production and training as a way to involving local young people of the territory. The events, which are organized by the Artegiovani Association and the Municipality of Tione, with the cooperation of the Santa Chiara Cultural Services Centre, have been highly successful.
The meetings with Ivano Fossati and Francesco De Gregori provided a unique training opportunity and helped create a real "musical environment" in the area, a singular experience that concluded with "live" general rehearsals held in Tione's Battisti Square. The public was enthralled by the images created by the double thread of music and lyrics, which are the characteristic elements that make the work of Italian songwriters a special form of literature with its own artistic autonomy.

 

 

 

The musical couple for excellence of this summer 2006, Edoardo Bennato and Alex Britti scored a super hit with the Trentino public in their August 21st concert inaugurating the new Sarca di Vigo Rendena Park. With improvisation and sparkling virtuosity, the two songwriters alternated on the stage and sang duets from the best of their repertoires, playing with their mastery of the music and sharing their passion for energetic and melodic "Rhythm & Blues". It was a 3-hour long musical celebration.
